Bowl Tea Ceremony
Quiet
Contemplation
Facilitated by Mo and Alli.
A quiet, contemplative tea ceremony is a meditation in stillness, presence, and reflection. As you share bowls of tea in silence, you are invited to meet what arises within and rest in awareness.
Tea becomes both teacher and medicine — a warm, grounding companion guiding you into clarity and peace.Each ceremony concludes with gentle sharing and integration.

Holotropic Breathwork
Facilitated by Inner Alli & Mo
Friday evening monthly, we offer Transformational (Holotropic) Breathwork — a powerful practice of conscious, connected breathing. T
his work activates deep release and renewal through sustained breath and presence, allowing old patterns and emotions to move and transform.
Participants are invited to breathe through resistance and open into stillness, love, and clarity.
Offered through Energy Philanthropy, participants are encouraged to contribute from the heart.
Energy Philanthropy (Pay What You Feel)

Kirtan & Cacao
Facilitated by Alli & Community
Kirtan is the joyful chanting of sacred mantras — a heart-centred practice that quiets the mind and opens the soul. Together we sing ancient melodies and devotional songs, weaving voices into one.
The evening begins with ceremonial cacao and includes mantra translations, brief meditative pauses, and time for reflection. Instruments and open hearts are welcome.

Kundalini Tao fusion
Facilitated by Jon Mehigan
Journey into traditional Taoist internal cultivation through experiential practice. This two-hour class guides participants through ancient methods of energy refinement and spiritual development.
Each session explores foundation practices that awaken the body’s natural energy gates, classical methods of transformation using the body’s internal “furnace and cauldron,” and techniques for entering deep stillness while maintaining clear awareness.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this work invites profound inner shifts and ends with a gentle integration period to ground and settle the energy.

Qigong
Facilitated by Juan José
Qigong — “Qi” meaning life force, and “Gong” meaning cultivation — is an ancient practice of harmonising energy through movement, breath, and awareness.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and influenced by Daoist and Buddhist principles, Qigong supports physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual awakening.
This one-hour class offers a space to move gently, calm the mind, and cultivate inner steadiness through time-honoured techniques.

Moon Phase Breathwork
Facilitated by Ben Manderson
Each Tuesday evening, join us for a guided breathwork journey aligned with the phases of the moon. These sessions combine conscious connected breathing and natural rhythm awareness to help clear the mind and awaken the body.
Each lunar phase brings its own focus — setting intentions, taking action, celebrating growth, or integrating lessons. Held in a serene space, this practice invites transformation through presence and breath.

Gentle Flow – Trauma-Informed Yoga

A gentle, trauma-informed yoga practice focused on mindful movement, safety, and self-connection.
With slow transitions and breath-led awareness, this session encourages grounding and relaxation while building strength and flexibility in a supportive way.
All levels are welcome — come as you are and leave feeling centred and renewed.

Sunday Shamanic Sessions
Join us for a powerful neo-shamanic journey and tap into the ancient wisdom of the earth! Our experienced team will guide you through a transformative experience that will help you connect with your inner self, release blockages, and gain clarity and insight into your life's purpose.
Neo-shamanic journeying is a modern form of shamanism that incorporates elements of indigenous shamanic practices and contemporary spirituality. Our journey is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
The session will involve prayer, chanting, plant medicine in the form of sacred cocao, a blend of kundalini yoga and Qi Gong, breathwork and sound healing.

Restorative Yoga for Fascial Hydration & Ease

Sound In Motion Druming. (SIMD)
Drums have be used to express emotion that there is no word for, for thousands of years. Almost every culture has some form of percussion. Drums are medicine, science is now catching up with the power of percussion, for its healing properties.
At #innerlightmeditationcentre (innerlightmeditationcentre.com), we welcome you to our comunity of Musicians and Lovers of music, called....... Sound In Motion Druming. (S.I.M.D.)
We are working together as one entity to bring sound healing to Townsville. We aim to develop a larger community of people who love and understand drums.
We invite all walks of life to join. If you have a drum, and would like to bring it out to meet other drums, SIMD would love to meet them! SIMD is 2 hour, fortnightly class, introducing the language of percussion in a light-hearted and fun manner, whilst we explore creative flow and mindfulness together.
